Ready to discover your new city? We invite international students to take part in free activities across Kaunas.
Check out the events below and register for the ones you want to join. Registration is compulsory for each event as spaces are limited.
The KaunasPass programme is available only to first-year students from KTU, VDU, LSMU and KK, but if you are not first-year student, you can still attend our events without the KaunasPass card.
Remember to bring your KaunasPass card to every event. You’ll receive a stamp for each activity you attend. Collect your stamps as you discover Kaunas and get prizes!

After your visit, bring your valid ticket to the Tourist Information Centre at Laisvės al. 36 and receive an additional stamp in your KaunasPass.
You can collect one stamp per partner venue – so keep exploring and see how many you can collect!
TERMS and CONDITIONS
General
1.1. These terms and conditions govern participation in Discover Kaunas programme, organised by Kaunas IN.
1.2. By accepting a KaunasPass card, participants confirm they have read and agree to these terms.
Eligibility
2.1. Discover Kaunas programme is open to all international students in the first year of their bachelor's or master's degree at Vytautas Magnus University, Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, or Kauno kolegija, enrolled for the Autumn 2026 semester.
2.2. Employees and representatives of Kaunas IN and partner organisations are not eligible to participate.
Participation
3.1. Participation is free of charge.
3.2. Each student may receive only one KaunasPass card. Cards are non-transferable.
3.3. Stamps must be collected in person at official Discover Kaunas programme events or designated partner venues.
3.4. Only one stamp can be collected from the same event or venue.
3.5. Copies or photographs of stamps will not be accepted.
3.6. Kaunas IN reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have tampered with or misused their KaunasPass card.
Programme period
4.1. Programme dates will be announced on studyinkaunas.lt and Study in Kaunas’s social media channels. Only stamps collected during the official programme period will count.
4.2. Completed KaunasPass cards must be presented at the Kaunas Tourist Information Centre by 30th November 2026 to claim a prize.
Prizes
5.1. Students who collect 8 stamps are eligible to claim a prize at the Kaunas Tourist Information Centre.
5.2. Prizes are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis:
First 50 eligible participants: €100 Kaunas experience bundle
Next 50 eligible participants: €25 Kaunas experience bundle
All remaining eligible participants: a participation gift
5.3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Kaunas IN reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
Liability
6.1. Kaunas IN accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered by participants in connection with KaunasPass or its prizes.
6.2. Participation in programme events is at the participant's own risk.

7.1. Kaunas IN reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend Discover Kaunas programme at any time.
